Meet your therapist
I'm a qualified counsellor specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I work with adults and young people aged 11+ on anxiety, low mood, self‑harm and suicidal ideation, emotion regulation, life changes and bereavement.
Alongside my private practice I work in the NHS, where I've spent 15 years carrying out mental health assessments, supporting parents, and running focused work with children and young people. I'll meet you where you are and help you set goals that actually feel achievable.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy recommended by the NHS for anxiety, depression, and a range of other conditions. It works by helping you notice the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, giving you practical ways to shift that pattern.
